For those of you navigating family separation, divorce, or the complexities of co-parenting: I’m here to help. I’ve been proud to work with many members of this group—both as clients and alongside other professionals (attorneys, financial pros, and counselors)—to make these transitions as reasonable as possible for the whole family.
While I never wish divorce upon anyone, I am here if that decision has been made for you (or by you).

How I help:
Pre-Action Strategy:
Helping you organize before you even file. Getting organized is the #1 piece of advice I can offer to anyone facing this life event
Mid-Litigation Support:
Stepping in when things feel stuck or overwhelming.
Logistical Management:
Handling the "moving parts" and triaging what task is the logical next step for your set of circumstances
Professional Liaison:
Working with your legal and financial teams to ensure efficiency.
No two families are alike, so the support I provide is tailored entirely to you. I am happy to provide references upon request.

What is Divorce Coaching?

Think of me as a bespoke project manager for your major life events. I don’t sell "cookie-cutter" programs or books. We look at your specific life and circumstances and build a plan from there.

1. I already have an attorney. Why do I need a Divorce Coach?
An attorney’s job is to protect your legal rights and represent you in court. My job is to manage the everything else. I help you organize your documentation, prepare for high-stakes meetings, and manage the logistical "to-do" lists that often fall through the cracks. By using me for strategy and organization, you often save money by not using your attorney’s billable hours for non-legal tasks.

2. Is this like therapy or counseling?
Not exactly. While I am empathetic to the emotional toll of divorce, coaching is action-oriented and forward-facing. Therapy often looks at the "why" of the past; I look at the "how" of the future. We focus on strategy, communication tactics for co-parenting, and the project management of your case.

3. When is the best time to start working with you?
Ideally, before the first legal papers are served. Early planning allows us to organize your finances and strategy before emotions peak. However, I am frequently brought in mid-stream when a case feels like it’s "stuck" or the client feels they aren't being heard. It is never too late to bring order to the process.
